Rebekah (Beka) Bosley is a doctoral candidate in Speech and Hearing Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She holds a master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Mississippi and is licensed to practice speech-language pathology. Beka's research focuses on understanding the relationship between the input provided by adults (e.g., caregivers, SLPs, teachers) and the language and communication outcomes of children with IDD.
Line of Research: The relationship between caregiver input and the language development of children with DS, particularly within the school-age range.
